WEN CHAO, Principal & Creative Director, brings over 10 years of experience in medical art production and founded WATERMARK in 2001. Wen is a trained medical artist with a background in the fine arts and biological sciences, including a M.A. in Medical Illustration from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a graduate from University of Michigan in fine arts & biology.
